On Friday, February 24, as part of the activities commemorating the anniversary of the National University of the East, the emotional Plaque Unveiling Ceremony for the Electrical Engineering Class of 2021 was held at the Faculty of Engineering Graduates Mural.

During the ceremony, Eng. D.Sc. Eustaquio Alcides Martínez Jara, Dean of the FPUNE Faculty of Engineering, delivered the opening remarks and thanked everyone for participating. He also spoke about the origin of the FPUNE Graduates Mural and the significance of preserving the graduates’ names on its plaques for posterity, highlighting the space’s role in strengthening identity and ties with graduates from the different programs.

Several graduates also spoke on behalf of their class, expressing their pride in being part of the history of such a prestigious institution and their gratitude for the opportunity to share and remember with their fellow graduates the moments they experienced during their education.
