Addressing information requests, both general inquiries about the service itself and its resources, as well as processes for borrowing informational materials for home or in-library use.

The library has a reading room where users can access the materials and consult them in the group or individual reading area.

Students and teachers of the institution can make loans of books, audiovisual materials and chess table at home for a period of 7 days, the final degree projects, magazines and references are not provided, they are only for consultation in the library compound.

The library has spaces for internet access for research purposes. The service is available to both internal and external users of the institution.
