Specialization in Innovation Project Management

General Objective

Acquire the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for comprehensive project management, applying methodologies, techniques, and practices that enable leading and directing projects, improving efficiency, collaboration, and adaptability to change, to coordinate, manage, and complete projects effectively.

Specific Objectives

  • Understand and apply the stages of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing in project management.
  • Become familiar with frameworks such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, selecting the most suitable methodology according to the type of project.
  • Lead work teams, manage communications among stakeholders, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Identify, analyze, and assess potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency responses.
  • Gain knowledge in the use of tools and techniques to plan, execute, and control the project budget, schedule, and scope, ensuring compliance.
  • Assign and manage human, material, and financial resources efficiently.
  • Develop skills to apply critical and analytical thinking for problem solving and informed decision-making in project management.

    • Bachelor’s degree registered with the Ministry of Education.

For graduates from other universities:
