How to access scholarships

There is the possibility of accessing scholarships granted by the UNE Rectorate, for which the documents mentioned below are submitted:

For UNE graduates:

  1. Certificate of Studies of the undergraduate degree (authenticated copy by the General Secretariat of the Rectorate), demonstrating that the applicant has obtained a minimum academic performance average of 3.5.
  2. Civil Identity Card (authenticated copy by the General Secretariat of the Rectorate).
  3. Certificate issued by the organizing institution of the course, which includes:
    • Study program.
    • Activities schedule.
    • Cost of the course.
    • Official admission as a student of the course (in the case of specializations, masters and doctoral degrees).
  4. Application form for scholarships for graduates, duly completed.

For teachers:

  1. Certificate of teaching experience in any of the teaching categories at UNE, issued by the Academic Unit where they work.
  2. Certificate issued by the competent authority of the academic unit expressing institutional interest, the importance of the course, and the benefit that it will bring to the institution, indicating the area of its application. (Ref. Resolution CSU N°086/2010).
  3. Civil Identity Card (authenticated copy by the General Secretariat of the Rectorate).
  4. Certificate issued by the organizing institution of the course, in which the following is included:
    • Curriculum.
    • Schedule of activities.
    • Course cost.
    • Official admission as a student in the course (in the case of specializations, masters degrees, and doctorates).
  5. Completed application form for teacher scholarships.

For employees:

  1. Invitation letter received by the academic unit and/or Rectorate.
  2. Nomination proposal letter of the employee or director who will represent the institution, signed by the competent authority.
  3. Civil Identity Card (authenticated copy by the General Secretariat of the Academic Unit or Rectorate).
  4. Completed application form.
