Support teachers in the planning, development and evaluation of their courses.

Promote updated methodological strategies and assessment mechanisms to optimize the teaching-learning process.

Coordinate meetings with program coordinators and teachers to advise them on technical and pedagogical matters, study programs and curriculum reforms.

Review study programs and their technical-pedagogical aspects and submit them to the Board of Directors for approval.

Participate in updating educational plans, programs, policies and regulations according to new trends and identified needs.

Review coordination reports on attendance, lesson plans, timely submission of documents and course content to prepare faculty records.

Organize faculty training activities.

Design strategies for using ICT in Higher Education.

Support the self-evaluation process by guiding diagnosis, the search for solutions, required changes and final reports for the Academic Direction.

Monitor students’ academic performance and propose technical-pedagogical activities based on their needs.

Guide the review and updating of assessment instruments used in the teaching-learning process.

Promote meetings by field of knowledge and university extension projects from the classroom, strengthening links between disciplines and programs.

Manage analysis tools for teaching performance, self-evaluation and satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement at FPUNE.

Submit final reports on all academic activities carried out by the area to the Academic Direction.
